Call me before you let AAA tow it somewhere. I've had more than one customer get stuck with the wrong shop overnight. I'll coordinate the tow, unlock the gate, and have your rig first on the bench Monday morning.
After-hours
Broke down on Saturday? I've been there.
I opened the shop at 9pm once for a guy trying to make a Monday shift two hours away. Didn't fix his truck that night. But I got it inside, got the fluid checked, and told him honestly whether he could limp it or needed to tow it.
Weekend or late at night, call anyway. Worst case I tell you who else is open. Best case I meet you at the shop.

Fig. 41 · How drop-off works
Three steps for after-hours drop-off.
The drop-box is lit and on camera 24/7 [FIG. 01]. Your keys and your truck are behind the gate before the tow driver leaves.
I. Text me first
Before you let AAA tow it anywhere, call me.
Text year, make, model, and what it is doing. I text back with drop-off instructions and confirm the truck is expected. I coordinate the tow with one of my partners. Local rate $85 to $150, I pay the driver, you settle on the final invoice. Your truck lands behind my gate, not somewhere you did not pick.
If it is slipping or will not go into gear: tow, do not drive. $600 repair vs $4,000 rebuild.
II. Drop the keys
Box is next to the shop door.
Envelopes inside. Write your name and phone, drop the keys in. Fenced lot, 24/7 cameras, security light. Never on the road.
III. 7am call
On the lift Monday morning.
First thing Monday, your truck is on the lift and I am calling you with what I see. No waiting until Wednesday.

If I could give 10 stars I would.. My transmission in my handicap equipped. Suburban went got it to Anthony's shop. He changed his schedule around for me and managed to get me back on the road
Tow & drop-off questions
Before you call.
What does towing cost?
I don't own a tow truck. I coordinate with partners. Local tow across Spring Hill/Brooksville runs $85-150. I pay, you settle on the final invoice.
Should I drive it or tow it?
Call first and describe it. If it's slipping or won't go into gear, tow it. Driving a failing transmission is the cheapest way to turn a $600 repair into a $4,000 rebuild.
Is the drop-box covered by cameras?
Yes. Cameras 24/7 plus a security light. Your truck sits in a fenced lot, not the road.
Stuck on the side of the road? Call first.
Before you let anyone else tow it. I'll coordinate and your truck lands in the right shop.
